Built for owners of 1 to 10 communities, and the people who fill their rooms.

When families ask what your community costs, whose number do they find?

Website, search, AI answers and your Google profile, built as a growth engine you keep.

Where to go next

How it works

Your website is your best salesperson.

The growth engine brings families in. Your website turns them into tours.

  1. Families find you

The growth engine keeps your community, your price and your reviews showing up in Google, Google Maps and AI answers.

  2. Your site sells

Your website works like your best salesperson at any hour: it shows the price, explains care levels and books the tour.

  3. You see the result

Each month's proof report shows where you appeared and what price was quoted. Set it beside your calls and tour requests and follow the trend, month by month. Everything we build stays yours.

Every price, before you talk to anyone.

A month of our work costs less than one month of assisted living in Texas ($5,666 median, CareScout 2025), the fee A Place for Mom described in 2024. Fees vary by contract.

Rebuild

A new website, built once and yours.

$12,000 to $18,000, one time, fixed after a 30-minute call. A site that shows your price, explains care levels and books tours.

Every month

The growth engine, running every month.

  • Google Maps
  • ChatGPT
  • Perplexity

Why now

More people turn to AI for answers every month. Google's AI Mode grew tenfold in a year. Be one of the first communities in your area to build a strong presence there, and you can lead it.

134 of 173

Texas assisted living websites we checked showed no price.

How we checked

How we checked: in September 2026 we tried 300 Texas assisted living websites and 173 loaded. "No price" means the site showed no rate of its own: 108 said nothing about price, and 26 offered only "call" or "request" pricing. 39 showed one. These are websites from our list, not every community.

What one referral move-in costs you

About $5,666

In 2024, A Place for Mom's own website said a community pays the first month's rent and care when a referred family moves in (Senate Aging Committee). At the Texas median, $5,666 a month (CareScout, 2025), that is about $5,666: our arithmetic.

Your number: referral move-ins last year × your monthly rate.

No one can promise move-ins.

Show families what a day here feels like.

Short films of your community, shot on site: a walkthrough, your team, an ordinary afternoon. They live on your website and your own YouTube channel, and everything we shoot stays yours.

Questions

What does one community cost?

$3,897 a month per community, with a 6-month minimum, then month to month. Each additional community is $2,197 a month. The rebuild is $12,000 to $18,000, fixed after a 30-minute call. Social media is optional, at $950 a month.

Do I own it if I leave?

Yes. Your site, domain, Google Business Profile, reviews and listings are yours, and we hand over what you need to run them.

Is there a long contract?

Six months, then month to month.

Can you promise AI answers will name us?

No, and no one honestly can. Search and AI answers change. What we do is put your real price, care levels and tour times where they can be found.

We use A Place for Mom. Does this replace it?

Keep it if it fills rooms for you. Every family who finds you directly is one fee you keep.

Where do the referral-fee numbers come from?

A Place for Mom's own website said in 2024 that a community pays the first month's rent and care (U.S. Senate Special Committee on Aging, June 2024). The Texas median is $5,666 a month (CareScout Cost of Care Survey, 2025). About $5,666 per move-in is our arithmetic from those two numbers. For your own number, multiply your referral move-ins last year by your monthly rate.

We have an agency. What's different?

The proof report shows what families see today, so you can compare it with what your agency delivers.
